功能描述：
此样例演示了TIM1比较模式下的OC翻转输出功能，使能CH1(PA3),CH2(PA13),CH3(PA0),
CH4(PA1)四个通道的输出功能，并且当计数器TIMx_CNT与TIMx_CCRx匹配时输出信号翻转
，周期为200KHz

Function descriptions:
This sample demonstrates the output compare flip-flop functionality in TIM1 
compare mode. It enables the output function for CH1 (PA03), CH2 (PA13), CH3 
(PA0), and CH4 (PA1) channels. When the counter TIMx_CNT matches TIMx_CCRx, 
the output signal will toggle at a frequency of 200KHz.

使用步骤：
1. 编译下载并运行程序；
2. 按下按键
3. 用示波器监测PA3/PA13/PA0/PA1引脚，可观察到与程序中配置相匹配的PWM波形；

Example execution steps:
1.Compile, download, and run the program.
2.Use an oscilloscope to monitor the PA03, PA13, PA00, and PA01 pins. You 
will observe OC waveforms matching the configuration in the program.

注意事项：
如果需要使用按键:
StartKit版本为V2.0以下,需将StartKit.h中的StartKitVersion 2 注释掉，并打开
StartKitVersion 1
StartKit版本为V2.0及以上版本,则无需操作
时钟主频为16M

Notes:
If you need to use buttons:
StartKit version is below V2.0, you need to comment StartKitVersion 2 in
StartKit.h, and open StartKitVersion 1 
StartKit version is V2.0 and above, no operation is required
The system frequency is 16MHz.
